Buyers should align the drawing, material grade and thickness, tolerances, lamination or assembly format, inspection criteria, estimated volume and destination before tooling or sampling begins.
Identify whether the requirement is for loose laminations, a stacked stator or rotor core, EI/UI laminations, segmented cores, an outer-rotor design or another drawing-based geometry. Include the motor application and expected delivery format.
Shuaijin's regular thicknesses are 0.35 mm and 0.50 mm. Processing of 0.23, 0.27 and 0.30 mm material is subject to order volume, material availability and process review. The final grade, route and acceptance criteria are confirmed per project.
A controlled project route should define drawing review, die design and tryout, sample inspection, any agreed magnetic-property checks, buyer approval and the transition to repeat production.
